Privacy Policy

• Account information (such as email) via our auth provider
• Brief and quote details you submit
• Project status and related records
• Messages you send in prospect or project chat
• Payment-related metadata from Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)

To provide quotes, process payment, build and hand off projects, support you, operate and secure the service, and send transactional email (for example quote and payment notices).

We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and AI assistants we direct for chat and quoting. They process data under their terms and our instructions.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with processors as needed to run the service, or when required by law.

We keep information while your account or projects are active and as needed for operations, security, and legal records. You may request access or deletion at support@vilhelm.studio (subject to legal holds).

You can delete your account from Account in the app (signed in). We will not delete an account that still has an open project — finish the project or email us first. Deleting your account removes your App Studio records and sign-in. It does not delete GitHub repositories or live sites we built for you.

We use cookies or similar tech for login sessions and basic site function.

The service is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change.
